Thought I would share this easy "hashi-yasume" (literally means "chopstick rest" but in reality it means a small side dish to refresh your palate away from your main dish) with you. All you need is: 1 bag boiled Shelled Edamame (I use Trader Joe's frozen); 3 Tbs Ponzu (or soysauce with lemon) and grated daikon (radish)-however much you want. Mix them all and there you have it. An easy and healthy dish when you want a little extra on your table.
