2011/2012 Winter myAdventure Sharing Contest Rules

No purchase necessary.
Contestant must be a legal U.S. resident residing in the United States (50 States and District of Columbia).
Contestant must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry into the contest.
Contestant must be a registered member of eMeetYou.com/outdoor, thus accept the terms of Service and "Privacy Policy".
The enrollment must be entered by 11:59pm (PDT) Wednesday, February 29, 2012
Contestant may submit up to his/her original 10 kmz files (in total) along with photos, videos and memos in accordance with THE COPYRIGHT NOTICE (please mouse over to read details)
Contestant may describe appropriate name and footnote for each photo, video and memo.
A choice of prizes is described at the prize section above. 2 winners will be able to select either one.
eMeetYou.com will select the winners with the most number obtained as follows.

Number of Facebook Shares: Contestant will receive 1 point for each share. (Max 50 points)
Number of Twitter Shares: Contestant will receive 1 point for each tweet. (Max 50 points)
Number of eligible Descriptions (name and footnote) of photos, videos and memos: Contestant will receive 1 point for each description. The name and footnote will be counted separately.
Those points will be counted for all submissions (up to 10 as stated in the section 6) made during this contest period.
In the event of tie scores, priority will be given to Facebook Share points, followed by Twitter Tweets, and finally Descriptions.

Each contestant can win a maximum of 1 prize within "the 2011/2012 Winter myAdventure Sharing Contest".
Winners will be determined between March 1st and 5th.
eMeetYou.com will ship prizes to winners at no charge. Winners may be contacted by the office of eMeetYou.com to verify shipping addresses and phone number.
It is the winners’ sole responsibility to report any tax consequences imposed on the prizes received if it is required by the applicable law.
Employees, investors, contractors, assignees of the contest sponsor(s), and their immediate family members of eMeetYou.com are not eligible to win this contest.
eMeetYou.com reserves the right to reject, disqualify and remove any entry at its sole discretion, if it deems inappropriate.
eMeetYou.com reserves the right to modify the above rules at its sole discretion without notice.
